This is a bit beyond the capabilities for a typical new page patrol, might be a merge candidate, might be ok. Single sourcing and new editor led me to believe it would be better for more experienced eyes to take a look. Dennis Brown (talk) 22:29, 4 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Basically, yes, the CER is an outdated (but not inaccurate) term for Pavlovian fear conditioning (listed as Fear Conditioning on wikipedia). it should just redirect there. The information on CER (that is it usually measured as suppression ratio) is also outdated.
