Description

Al in 1936 werkt R. Handl aan een schaats met beweegbare hakplaat. Toch duurt het nog tot 1996 voordat een dergelijk systeem onder de naam ‘klapschaats’ een revolutie teweeg brengt in de schaatssport. R.
