The building at 330 Bowery and the corner of Bond Street in Manhattan, New York City, was built in 1874-1874, originally as the Atlantic Savings Bank Building, then became the Bond Street Savings Bank Building. It was then turned into the Bouwerie Lane Theatre; as of 2010, it is a retail store. The building was designed by Henry Engelbert. (source=AIA Guide to NYC, 4th ed.)
