Description
English: Visnu’s eighth incarnation as Balarāma, the elder brother of Kṛṣṇa. The gold-complexioned god carries in his left hand the hala (plough), and in his right a danda (staff).
This is a faithful photographic reproduction of a two-dimensional, public domain work of art. The work of art itself is in the public domain for the following reason:
