I believe this videogame screenshot should be considered fair-use because:-

1. It is used solely to improve the article's quality.
2. The image used is of my own creation and is taken with use of a commercial emulator at the time and date stated above
3. Since the ZX Spectrum system has been discontinued, it's very unlikely that this image would corrupt copyright.
4. A free-use image of this game does not exists.
