English: Bath (Green Park) Station.
Near to Bath, Bath And North East Somerset, Great Britain.
View westward of imposing front of station; at corner of Green Park (to left) with James Street (ahead). The station was called Queen Square until 18/6/51. It was the terminus of the former Midland Railway line from Mangotsfield that connected there with the Birmingham - Bristol main line. It was also the terminus of the Somerset & Dorset Joint (Midland & L&SW Rlys) line from Bournemouth West via Templecombe and Evercreech. Both lines were closed on 7/3/66, but the Station has survived, to become a Market -- accessed only by road.
