DescriptionBedhampton Halt geograph-3259055-by-Ben-Brooksbank.jpg
English: Bedhampton Halt, 1968.
View SW, towards Portsmouth, Fareham, Southampton etc.: ex-LBSC London/Brighton - Portsmouth main line, over which ex-LSW trains from London via Guildford had running powers from Havant. (In 1969 this comparatively important Halt became staffed and was elevated to 'Station' status, at a time when so many hundreds of other stations were - if not closed - losing their staff and the designation 'Halt' was abolished).
