A bridge too far Once there was a bridge over the Euphrates here, but since the Atatürk Dam was finished the waterlevel increased enormously. They are building a new bridge now and for the time being there is an old fashioned ferryboat wich brings you to the other side of the river. Euphrates, Eastern Turkey |
