Summary

Description
English: In 1930, when the Round Table Conference was held in London, Hari Singh, the Maharaja of Jammu and Kashmir, commissioned Emery Kelen, one of the most famous caricaturists of the time, to create caricatures of notable figures who attended the event. An album was subsequently printed and hand-coloured in a limited edition of 200 copies. Fifty of these copies were printed on handmade paper, contained in leather portfolios, and numbered 1 to 50. The remaining 150 copies were printed on high-quality paper, contained in art-cloth portfolios, and numbered 51 to 200.
