Summary

Description
English: Panglima Kinta Mosque is juxtaposed between Moorish and Vernacular Architecture. Today, the distinctive design of the floor tiles is concealed below the carpet which was installed later, particularly in the main prayer hall. The mosque's pulpit built by the renowned carpenter and engraver Mohamed Sopian Abdul Wahab from Seberang Perai in 1928. The pulpit is made of wood with the 'tanggam' method without the use of nails and is adorned with carved pokok bunga and carved bunga tanjung which symbolizes prosperity and order.
