English: Pottery from Can Hasan I. Zigzag and hatched patterns in black of red paint on light coloured clay and white infilled lines on grey of buff backgrounds are characteristic of the Early Chalcolithic (Copper Age) pottery. Mound I in Can Hasan (15 km northeast of Karaman) was inhabited between 6th-4th millennium BC. Most of the finds are exhibited in the Ankara Museum of Anatolian Civilisations.
