A marmoset before being brain damaged, filmed undercover by BUAV inside Cambridge University, taken from [1]. Fair use is claimed for Cambridge University primates because the images have no commercial value; they are being used to illustrate an article about the experiments; they cannot be reproduced; and they are being used in a High Court case in the UK, the consequences of which could be far-reaching for animal experimentation in the UK and are therefore regarded as educational in their use.
