1. The image is used for a nonprofit educational reason to show a micrograph of a series of reaction centres.
2. The image is unclear/blurry because of the small nature of the subject;
3. The image is shown within a brief overview of several publications that took place from 1995-1999, and is only a very small portion of the copyrighted work as a whole
4. The image is provided on the website and is not on a market, since the image is again blurry, and since it is only a small portion of the entire copyrighted work it does not affect the value of the copyrighted work as a whole.
