Русский: Поперечный срез вайи папоротника (Pteridium aquilinum). В толще клеток коры видны два фрагмента (меристелы) центрального цилиндра (стелы), представленного диктиостелой (тип сифоностелы). Конфокальная микроскопия, окраска флюоресцентным красителем Calcofluor White, окрашивающим клеточные стенки в разные цвета в зависимости от их состава, красный цвет - следствие автофлюоресценции хлоропластов. English: Cross-section of the Pteridium aquilinum leaf, stained with Calcofluor White (confocal microscope). In the thickness of cortical cells two conducting bundles as the part of dictyostele (type of siphonostele) are presented. |
