To illustrate the tactics used in the manhunt for the Cannock Chase Murderer a.k.a. the A34 Killer. This image/poster is unique in the annals of British murder investigations as this instance of usage was the first occasion a colour identikit was published by police in their efforts to identify a murder suspect.

The usage of this image upon only the English-language Wikipedia, to illustrate the manhunt for the perpetrator the article describes the crimes of relating to the deaths of,falls under the "Non-profit, educational" clause of the 'Fair Use' doctrine, currently upheld by U.S. law.
