DescriptionSelf-made gin grapefruit long drink.jpg
English: Self-made gin grapefruit long drink, trying to follow the same recipe as the drink company Hartwall originally made it for the 1952 Helsinki Olympics. About one measure of Gordon's Dry London Gin and five to six measures of Hartwall Jaffa grapefruit soft drink, poured in a glass and mixed together. This is different from most contemporary commercial alcoholic beverages sold under the "long drink" label in Finland, which are made from fermented apple juice and flavourings.
