Description Soviet T-54A and T-55 or T-55A Main Battle Tanks (MBT) sit rusting in a field near Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan, during Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. After over 20 years of war and civil unrest, the Afghan landscape is littered with old military hardware and unexploded ordnance.
