Summary

Description

Two hours into the train ride and probably 150-200 km north-east of Lhasa, we passed this station: Wu Ma Tang at en elevation of 4502 m.

From now on we would not drop below 4500 m for the rest of the day, and for the next few hours we would slowly climb to 5000 m - and higher - not dropping below 4800 m until well into the Quinghai province of China!
