Merger proposal

The article hardly has any details on Horia Macellariu at all, and nothing to indicate notability of the man himself. Instead, it just documents the Romanian navy in World War II, so I don't see why it shouldn't just be merged into Black Sea campaigns (1941-1944). Alcherin (talk) 20:57, 28 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Works for me, although the man is notable as a rear admiral. Which means that the bulk of the article should be copied over while the rest should remain here as a stub rather than fully merged.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 21:35, 28 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
