Article title

Her preferred spelling appears to be "Jung Jungmi", per [1].

However, per WP:KOREANNAME, if there is an overwhelming WP:COMMONNAME spelling it can override personal preference. I haven't looked into it, but someone should. Jeong Jeong-mi → Jung Jungmi – Per WP:KOREANNAME, there does not appear to be a clear consensus per WP:COMMONNAME among English-language sources with regards to the romanization of her name as "Jeong Jeong-mi" (See [2], [3], [4], [5], [6]) or "Jung Jungmi" (See [7], [8], [9], [10]). Given the lack of clear consensus, my change recommends using the official spelling of her name as listed on the English version of the Constitutional Court's official website.
