Hi Naomi, I wonder if you could take a look at the 185.110.112.0/22 (block range · block log (global) · WHOIS (partial)) range. From what I see, it's completely owned/used by Stichting Carmelcollege , which operates over a dozen schools in the Netherlands. Also, all IPs from the range that have edited enwiki have vandalised. Going back until 2017, over 95% of the edits are reverted. I think a long-term soft block could save some administrative time dealing with this range in the future. What do you think?
