Ampeloniakos F.C. is a Greek football club, based in Ampelonas, Larissa.
History
[edit]The club was founded in 1953 starting from the Larissa FCA league. In 1981–82 they won promotion to Delta Ethniki, an achievement repeated in 1992–93 and 2010–11. Ampeloniakos played in the third-tier Football League 2 in 2013–14 and returned there after one season. The club currently competed in the Larissa FCA in the 2023–24 season.
Greece former international Giannis Goumas is the most successful player the club ever produced.
