Anne J. Thayer (born April 13, 1961) is an American politician. She was a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from the 9th District from 2011 to 2024. She is a member of the Republican party.[1]

In November 2023, Thayer announced that she would not run for re-election.[3] Rick Bradshaw, James Galyean and Blake Sanders filed to compete in the Republican primary for the seat.[4] Sanders won the seat in the general election.[5]
