Aubuchon Hardware is a family owned hardware store chain in the northeastern United States consisting of 119[1] paint and hardware stores throughout Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, Maryland, and upstate New York.
History
[edit]Founded in 1908 by William E. Aubuchon in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, Aubuchon Hardware is the oldest family-owned and managed hardware store chain in America. With more than 100 stores in New England, Upstate New York, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, they have been a local mainstay for generations.
Aubuchon Hardware is one of eight brands operated by the Aubuchon Company, which also includes Aubuchon Ace Hardware, Lyndonville Ace Hardware, Village Hardware, True Value, Ace Hardware, Cornell's Hardware, Martin's Hardware & Building Supply, Campbell's Hardware, Zimmerman's Hardware, J.B.
