Cosmopterix rhyncognathosella is a moth of the family Cosmopterigidae. It is known from Russian Far East,[1][2][3] China (Sichuan: Mount Emei),[1][2] and Japan.[1][2][3]

The length of the forewings is about 3.8 mm.[1]
