D is the sixth solo album by American singer-songwriter Daryl Hall. Hall's first studio solo album after 11 years, it was released on June 21, 2024. Hall co-produced the album with former Eurythmics frontman Dave Stewart, who co-wrote seven of the nine songs.[1] The album takes its name from Hall's nickname.[2]
The album was recorded over a year and a half in Stewart's studio in Harbour Island, Bahamas, near where Hall has a house. The first single, "Can't Say No to You", was released on May 7, 2024.[3]
