Abhijit Sharma (born 1 August 1980) is an international best-selling author. He is also declared as the National Best Author for his groundbreaking book Train Your Brain to Be Happy. Sharma was born in Guwahati, Assam, India, and is widely recognized for his work in the field of mental health and self-development.
He was honored with the prestigious Ayushman Bharat Seva Ratna Award 2025 under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) for his outstanding contribution to promoting mental wellness and happiness across India.
