Along Came Spidey is the 16th episode of Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends, which aired in the United States on October 2, 1982.
Story
[edit]During the fight, Spider-Man is knocked unconscious, triggering a series of flashbacks to his tragic past. The audience is taken back to Peter's childhood, where we witness the fateful night that changed his life—the murder of Uncle Ben. Through these memories, we see Peter's journey from an ordinary high school student to the heroic Spider-Man, driven by guilt and a sense of responsibility.
Meanwhile, Firestar and Iceman and Spider-Man must hold off Shocker while helping May Parker recover. As Peter regains consciousness, he finds renewed strength, realizing why he became a hero in the first place. With his determination restored, Spider-Man re-engages Shocker, using his agility and webbing skills to outmaneuver the villain and ultimately defeat him.
The episode ends on a reflective note, as Peter remembers Uncle Ben's words: "With great power comes great responsibility." This reinforces why he continues his fight for justice, despite the challenges he faces.
