Bala Ramajeyam is an Indian entrepreneur and the Managing Director of G Square Realtors Private Limited, a prominent real estate development company in South India. Under his leadership, G Square has significantly influenced the real estate landscape, particularly in Tamil Nadu.^[1]^[2]

Career

Bala Ramajeyam has been instrumental in expanding G Square's presence across various cities in South India. In September 2023, he announced the launch of G Square Dynasty in Poonjeri, Mahabalipuram, marking the company's entry into the Mahabalipuram real estate market. This project comprises 296 residential plots over 28.3 acres and is strategically located near the ECR-OMR link road, enhancing connectivity to prominent locations.^[3]^[4]^[5]

In October 2024, G Square celebrated its 12th anniversary under Bala Ramajeyam's leadership.^[6]The company highlighted its journey of over a decade, emphasizing its role in transforming the real estate landscape by promoting plotted developments in both major cities and Tier-II and Tier-III cities. This approach provided premium residential living options in areas that previously lacked access to such developments.^[7]

In December 2024, G Square hosted the G Square Lubber Pandhu Corporate Cricket Tournament at their G Square World project in Kovaipudur. The event featured 30 teams from various sectors, including IT, banking, and corporate houses. Speaking about the event, Bala Ramajeyam stated, "The G Square Lubber Pandhu Corporate Cricket Tournament has been a resounding success, bringing together talented teams from diverse industries and showcasing the true spirit of sportsmanship."^[8]^[9]
