Brick Gang, previously known as Tetrominion, is a puzzle video game based on polyomino, developed and published by the Blackjack Company.[1] It was later retitled as Brick Gang World.[2]
The game features 29 shapes made up of varying numbers of squares that are connected side by side.[2][3]

Development
[edit]The development of the game started in early 2022. It has a horizontal layout, with controls positioned along the sides of the screen on smartphones.[3] This design differs from those of most handheld consoles used for games like Tetris.
Gameplay
[edit]The game begins with placing puzzle blocks into an empty field, when one or more horizontal lines are completed, they will be cleared from the board. To achieve a high score, players need to clear four lines at once. The level increases as more lines are cleared, which makes the blocks drop faster.[4] The game ends when it reaches the top of the playing field.
It includes garbage tiles and variations such as an invisible mode, where the blocks are hidden from view. In a PvP match, two players will compete against each other.[2][3][4]
Platforms
[edit]The original version was developed for Android and later ported to PC using an emulator.[1]
Reception
