Christian Zenger is a co-founder and CEO of PHYSEC GmbH.[1] He also gives lectures at the Electrical Engineering and Information Technology department at Ruhr University Bochum.[2]
Life
[edit]Prof. Dr. Christian Zenger pursued his German engineering doctorate in Physical-Layer Security from Ruhr University Bochum with his Ph.D. thesis on "Physical-Layer Security for Internet of Things" in 2017, under the guidance of Prof. Dr.-Ing Christof Paar as his doctoral father and with Prof. Dr. Holger Boche as the secondary referee.[3]
In 2016, Chistian co-founded PHYSEC GmbH - a startup that develops hardware and software solutions for secure IoT communications. In addition to his role as a CEO of PHYSEC GmbH and lecturer at Ruhr University Bochum, Christian Zenger is also a member of the scientific and technical advisory board at incubator Cube 5[4] and a board member of "Kompetenzzentrum Digitale Wasserwirtschaft".[5]
