Dev Bhoomi Group is an Indian conglomerate headquartered in Himachal Pradesh, operating across various sectors including automotive, hospitality, clean energy, real estate, manufacturing, and education. The group was established in 2005 by Rajinder Vashista and has since expanded its presence in multiple industries.

History

Dev Bhoomi Group began in 2005 as an iron rod trading business established by Rajinder Vashista in Himachal Pradesh. In 2011, it entered the automotive sector with an authorized SKODA dealership in Mandi, followed by a Hyundai dealership in 2014. The group expanded further in 2021 with a new SKODA dealership in Solan. In 2019, Dev Bhoomi Group launched The Gulmohar Grand, a hospitality venture. In 2025, it diversified into renewable energy with FDL Solar. The group has also developed interests in real estate and cinema, establishing Grand Cinemaz, a chain of 3D cinemas.
