EPMC Women’s Clinic & Surgery is a private maternity and women’s health centre located in Jayanagar, Bangalore, India. It was established in 1980 by Dr N. E. Eliya Singan and Dr Prabha Eliya Singan and is currently managed by UK-educated communications strategist Surya Devan E since 2003.[1]
