EasyPark is a private equity backed company specialized in parking ticket apps.
Acquisitions
[edit]Since its inception in 2001, the company has acquired, assimilated and shut-down 16 different companies. [1]
On June 1st 2021 the acquisition of Park Now Group from BMW and Daimler AMG was completed. With this, EasyPark got ownership of ParkMobile, RingGo and Park-line.[2][3]
On January 25, 2025, it was announced that the French firm Flowbird had been acquired.[4]
Incidents
[edit]On 10 December 2023 EasyPark Group suffered a breach of customer data including names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, partial payment card information and encrypted passwords.[5]
