EmoBay is a Hong Kong–based startup launched in 2025 that offers an AI-powered multilingual mental health and wellness platform.[1][2][3][4]
History
[edit]In June 2024, the team received an Innovation and Technology Scholarship for developing an AI-driven emotional support chatbot.[5] The platform was later introduced in early 2025 to address accessibility gaps in mental health care within Hong Kong and the wider world.[6][7]
Recognition
[edit]The platform was highlighted in Forbes' "14 Groundbreaking Mental Health Tools You Need to Know" list in April 2025.[1][2] It was also featured during Stress Awareness Month 2025 by TechRound as a leading stress-reduction startup.[6]
