Encanto 2 is an upcoming American animated film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures, and is a sequel to Encanto (2021).
Development
[edit]On March 19, 2025, John Leguizamo, who provided the voice of Bruno Madrigal in Encanto (2021), informed a representative for People magazine ahead of the Broadway performance of the Buena Vista Social Club that he was "calling them [Disney] everyday" about the potential for a sequel and that the storyline was being worked on.[1]
