Overview

flyExclusive (NYSEAmerican: FLYX) is a vertically integrated, FAA-certificated air carrier providing private jet experiences to destinations across the globe by offering customers a choice of on-demand charter, Jet Club, and fractional ownership services.[1] flyExclusive’s in-house repair station, aircraft paint, cabin interior renovation, and avionics installation capabilities, are all provided from its campus headquarters in Kinston, North Carolina.[2]

History

Early Days

Jim Segrave, a seasoned pilot and aviation entrepreneur, founded flyExclusive in 2015 after selling his previous company, Segrave Aviation, to Delta Air Lines in 2010.[3]

Public Offering

On December 28, 2023 flyExclusive completed its business combination with a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) EG Acquisition Corp. sponsored by EnTrust Global and GMF Capital, and began trading on the NYSE American exchange under the ticker symbol FLYX.[4]

Fleet

flyExclusive's fleet contains light, mid, and super-mid jets and operates one of the largest Citation fleets in America. At the beginning of 2024, flyExclusive had over 100 aircraft on the company’s certificate. In March of 2024, flyExclusive added the first Challenger 350 to its fractional fleet.[5]

There are many ways to fly with flyExclusive: The Aircraft Partnership program, The Jet Club and Fractional Ownership. In 2022, flyExclusive announced the launch of flyExclusive Fractional. Fractional ownership is an overall concept utilizing shared ownership, exchange of dry leases, which allows the exchange of aircraft between owners, and use of a management company.[6] [7]

Jet Club

In 2025, flyExclusive announced the launch of its latest Jet Club, a private jet membership. The Jet Club offers a locked-in rates, integrated funding bonuses, and access to flyExclusive’s extensive company fleet, including the Premium Super-Mid category featuring the Challenger 300 and 350.[8]

Jim Segrave is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of flyExclusive. In 2015, Segrave founded flyExclusive, a vertically integrated FAA-certificated air carrier based in Kinston, North Carolina. The company offers on-demand charter services, Jet Club memberships, and fractional aircraft ownership.[9]
