GilvaSunner was a YouTube channel dedicated to posting music created by the YouTube channels "BrawlBRSTMs" and "TimmyTurnersDad" in rememberance of SilvaGunner.[note 1] On February 7, 2011, TimmyTurnersDad was terminated and GilvaSunner became his main channel. Due to this, BrawlBRSTMs left the channel.
Copyright issues & Deletion
[edit]In August of 2019, lots of GilvaSunner's music was taken down. However, he was not copyright struck and some soundtracks still remained. He later updated the Super Mario Sunshine playlist, with the last video being uploaded being "Pinna Beach - Super Mario Sunshine". Starting January 29, 2022, almost all of the videos were taken down. Due to this, the channel was deleted on February 4th. It was not terminated despite what people think; they deleted the channel themselves.[1]
Legacy
[edit]GilvaSunner was an inspiration for the SiIvaGunner (capital I) channel, with the original name being GiIvaSunner (with a capital I). Many channels have popped up to archive GilvaSunner's content, such as "GilvaSunner Archive".
Notes
[edit]- ^ Not to be confused with SiIvaGunner (capital I)
