Hamed Kazemzadeh is a Canadian orientalist and linguist professor and researcher famous for his work on the Caucasus studies and Pluralism, comparative conflict and peace, human rights, and communities. He is currently working as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Calgary.[1]. Kazemzadeh published six books and 24 articles in major academic refereed journals and publishing houses in Persian, Arabic, and English. He had been a former professor of history and oriental studies at the University of Tehran, the University of Ottawa and the University of Warsaw Faculty of Oriental Studies.[2] Hamed Kazemzadeh was the research director of the Academic Foundation for Pease-Conflict Studies (2017-2021)[3].
Hamed Kazemzadeh , as a Pluralist, argues that the concept of pluralist culture has been prevalent since ancient times; for example, the Achaemenid Empire, which was founded by Cyrus the Great, successfully followed a policy of incorporating and tolerating various cultures[4]
