Jake Engelbrecht, born on 2-8-2013 is an 11 year old Judoka and international Judo champion since the Penang JICA Invitational Judo Championships 2025 after flying out from Perth, Australia.

Jake Engelbrecht has now continued to win other various local Perth judo competitions throughout 2025. Fighting out of Kano Judo Schools, Jake has continued to accomplish more and more after starting his career approximately since 2020-2021.

As well as being a professional judoka, Jake is also committed to Rugby Union, playing for around 5 years and counting. Jake plays for Joondalup Brothers Rugby Union and has competed in many Rugby 7s tournaments down south of WA, Bunbury and Albany, but usually playing loosened #1 prop in 15s rugby.
