Lucy Block is a race car driver from the United States of America and the mother of fellow driver Lia Block. She competes with her family, including her late husband Ken Block, in various events including Pikes Peak International Hill Climb.[1] She has a role in running both Hoonigan Racing Division and the 43 Institute.[2] She began her motorsport career in 2007 with the Middle Cog Rally in Colorado, and has since participated in over 30 rallies.[3]
Career
[edit]Lucy Block primarily participates in off road racing, but also does hill climb events and mixed rallies.[4]
Personal Life
[edit]On January 2nd, 2023, Lucy Block's husband Ken Block was killed in a snowmobile accident.[5] She considered leaving the world of motorsport after his death, but soon remembered that "we are a rally family."[6] She is from Ocala, Florida.[4]
