Lumikai is the first Venture Capital fund focused on India's interactive and gaming sector. The fund was founded in 2020 by General Partners Justin Shriram Keeling and Salone Sehgal, launching publicly in August 2020. A second $50M early stage Fund II was announced in June 2023.
Lumikai Fund is backed by a group of leading global gaming companies from Japan, South Korea, Finland and the US. Notable investments include Indian game streaming platform Loco, live entertainment platform Eloelo, and social gaming studio Bombay Play.
The VC fund also publishes the annual State of India Gaming report on its website. Lumikai is headquartered in Gurugram, India, with additional staff in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
