Mandira Chakraborty is a Bangladeshi film actress and dancer. She made her silver screen debut by playing the titular role in Kajol Rekha, directed by Gias Uddin Selim. Her second feature film, Neel Chakra, is directed by Mithu Khan where she stars opposite Arifin Shuvoo.
Early life
[edit]Mandira Chakraborty was born on August 31, 1995, in Khulna, Bangladesh. From childhood, she was passionate about dance. She participated in Channel i’s reality show Shera Nachiye in 2012 and became the second runner-up. Later, she transitioned into acting through television dramas and eventually entered the film industry.
Career
[edit]Kajol Rekha (2024)
[edit]Mandira made her debut with Kajol Rekha in 2024, which was released during Pohela Boishakh. The film is based on a folk tale from Mymensingh Geetika, and she played the lead role.
Neel Chakra (2025)
[edit]Her second film, Neel Chakra, is set to release in Eid-ul-Azha 2025. She stars opposite Arifin Shuvoo in this romantic thriller directed by Mithu Khan.
