In 2025, Mercury EV-Tech commissioned a 3.2 GW lithium-ion battery manufacturing facility in Vadodara to support its EV lineup and energy storage solutions.[2]

The company also operates Gujarat’s first[3] and India's fourth-largest Cationic Electro Deposition (CED) plant, improving corrosion resistance in EV components.[4]
