ODAYAMMADAM Upper Primary School (ODAYAMMADAM UPS) is a co-educational private aided school located in the rural area of Madayi in the Kannur district of Kerala, India. Established in 1860, it is notable for being the second oldest school in Kerala and ninth oldest school in India. The school is affiliated with the Kerala state education system and provides instruction from grades 1 to 7.
