Proget Sp. z o.o. is a Polish software development and software consultancy company, specializing in developing mobile device management (MDM) solution.

History

[edit]

Proget was founded in 2012 in Bielsko-Biała, Poland.[1] In its early years, the company focused on creating an application for managing mobile devices, drawing from cooperation with BlackBerry – at the time, Proget was a member of the BlackBerry Alliance Program[2] and acted as an integrator of BlackBerry services in the Polish market.[3] In the following years, Proget developed its own MDM system and began operations in foreign markets, including countries in the European Union, Eurasia and North America.[4]

Product

[edit]

The company develops Proget, a mobile device management platform that supports the centralized administration of devices running operating systems such as Android, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Windows.[5] The solution is available in both on-premises and cloud-based versions.[6]

Certificates and awards

[edit]

The company holds ISO 27001 certification for information security and ISO 9001 certification for quality management.[7]

Proget was included in the Forbes Polska magazine Diamonds rankings for the Silesian Voivodeship in both 2023[8] and 2024.[9] It was also featured in the Gazele Biznesu 2023 list,[10] which highlights dynamically growing small and medium-sized enterprises in Poland.

Partnerships and memberships

[edit]

Proget is listed as a member of the Samsung Knox Partner Program[11] and a Silver Partner in the Android Enterprise program.[12] In 2020, Proget joined CyberMadeInPoland,[13] a cluster of Polish cybersecurity companies. Since 2022, it has also participated in the PWCyber Polish government program focused on enhancing national cyber resilience through public-private sector collaboration.[13]
