The Timau National Observatory (TNO, Indonesian: Observatorium Nasional Timau) is an astronomical observatory located in Mount Timau, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Situated in a strategic location south of the equator; with an altitude of approximately 1,352 meters above sea level, it is designed to be the largest astronomical observatory in southeast asia.[1]
