Eleving Group is an international financial services group managed by Eleving Group S.A., a company registered and domiciled in Luxembourg. The group's origins are in Latvia, with its headquarters in Riga and offices in Vilnius and Tallinn.[2][3]
The group’s business segments include vehicle and consumer financing services. It operates under the brands mogo, Primero, Renti, Kredo, Bongo, Tigo, Sebo, and Express Credit. Eleving Group conducts operations in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Romania, Moldova, Albania, North Macedonia, Georgia, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Kenya, Uganda, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, and Lesotho.[2][4][3][5]
As of September 2024, the beneficial owners of Eleving Group are: Aigars Kesenfelds (43.67%), Alberts Pole (14.56%), Kristaps Ozols (14.56%), Māris Keišs (14.56%), Mārcis Grīnis (2.50%), and Jēkabs Endziņš (2.50%). The company’s shares are listed on the Nasdaq Riga Baltic Official List (ticker: ELEVR) and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ticker: OT8).[6][7]
History
[edit]Eleving Group (originally Mogo Finance S.A) was founded in 2012 by Aigars Kesenfelds and Jekabs Endzins and incorporated on 21 January 2013 in Luxembourg.[8][9]
On 11 September 2024, Eleving Group announced that it will conduct an initial public offering and that the shares will be listed on the Nasdaq Riga Baltic Official List and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Subscription opened on 23 September and closed on 8 October, raising EUR 29 million. Trading on the stock exchanges started on 16 October 2024.[6]
The CEO of Eleving Group is Modestas Sudnius.[10]
