Gatter Island[1] is an uninhabited island within Qikiqtaaluk Region, Nunavut, Canada. An island within an island,[citation needed] it is located in Lake Hazen on Ellesmere Island within Quttinirpaaq National Park. The smaller Clay Island lies off its southern shore.
