Giancarlo Commare (born 29 December 1991) is an Italian actor. He is best known for his role as Edoardo Incanti in the teen drama television series Skam Italia (2018–2022).

Biography

Commare was born in Castelvetrano, Trapani, Sicily.[1] His parents separated when he was 10 years old, and he has a strained relationship with his father.[2][3] At the age of 11, he enrolled in contemporary dance classes, citing a disinterest in sports.[4] He realized he wanted to be a professional actor while acting in a church play.[5][6] After high school, he attended the Accademia Nazionale di Arte Drammatica Silvio D'Amico in Rome.[4]

In 2023, he was a guest speaker at the Riviera International Film Festival.[7]
